- After you have successfully paid for your Tickets. You will receive an electronic ticket code and all information about the ticket we send to the phone and email you register. This is the basis of the fact that you have successfully booked and paid for that ticket with us.

- We apply for online ticket purchase, so we only send "Electronic Ticket Code" and ticket details to your mobile phone and email. You can also print out the Itinerary and Schedule details you have booked.
- Electronic Ticket Code is the basis for You to make the journey and schedule you have booked with us.
- You can use this "Electronic Ticket Code" and read the booking phone number to present to the transportation company staff at the bus station instead of the regular paper ticket or use it to exchange paper tickets. At the bus station staff will pick you up.
- We ask you to leave 30 minutes before departure to arrange luggage and seats. If you do not control your time or arrive at the bus stop after the departure time, your ticket will not be refunded. You will have to buy a new ticket to transfer by other vehicles. We and the Transport Company will not be responsible or handle complaints or problems when you miss your trip due to your fault.

- After a successful booking, your booking has been confirmed to be valid, but you can still cancel it.
